Goring Panzer Division.  A barracks tactical held  at the Catoosa National Guard
Training Site, located in beautiful Ringgold Ga.This will be an Italian Front battle and
all German, US and British impressions are welcome - sorry, no partisans. There will
be objectives and time tables for each side to achieve, the tactical will run by Bill
Ferguson and Ed Lawrence. A full time table will be posted 1st of September.

$25.00 at the gate, preregistration is available.

OPERATION COBRA
Breakout from the Bocage
Oct 24-26th, 2008

Florala, Alabama

The allied offense is bogged down in the rough terrain of the Bocage.  The German
defenders are giving up ground slowly while inflicting heavy casualties. The WWII
Historical Association of Florida invites you to attend Our Western front battle on a
300 acre site, complete with forest, open fields, gorves, roads, and abandoned
buildings. There will be armor at this event, or site fees will be refunded.

Fee: $20.00 early registration, $25.00 after September 30, 2007.

Living history event in one of the most exciting  historical locations in American
history.  Don't miss it!
During WWII St. Augustine was the site of the first training center for the United
States Coast Guard.
Henry Flagler's Ponce de Leon hotel was used as a Boot Camp for the Coast
Guard.  The Castillo,
known as Ft. Marion during the early years of the war, was also the site of USO
dances.  All this,
while still serving as a major tourist site.
