2nd Ranger Battalion, Company F

Fox Company is located in the southeastern United States, with members
in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Virginia. A founding
member of the WWII Historical Association of Florida,  we pride ourselves
on being one of the largest and most active allied living history groups,
and are committed to preserving the historical accuracy and authenticity
of World War II.
Background
Fox Company began in 2001 with a handful of  dedicated living
historians that were focused on creating a re-enactment unit
devoted to the US  Rangers. Constituted in Pennsylvania,  Fox
Company was activated in Central Florida later that year.  Since
that time, the 2nd Rangers have made an impressive attribute in
the re-enactment community.
Accomplishments
Our central mission is to honor our veterans and the country we
represent.  We have participated with several organizations in
acknowledging the sacrifice of our soldiers, sailors, and marines.
We have frequently performed for the History Channel and
recently the Military Channel as well.  We assist in schools, where
the classroom setting  allows us to let the past meet the present.
We also consistently participate in simulated tactical events, and
venture to learn how life was as a soldier in World War II.
"I really love what you all do. I just saw the
Re-enactment at Fort DeSoto. The historical description
of the unit you portray is very informative. Thank you
so much for helping people remember the war and the
people who died in it."  - Kathleen Stiel
